You, our new Talent Acquisition Specialist:
You will be responsible for the company talent life-cycle; leading the development of a hiring plan, recruiting, hiring and onboarding employees in a way that strengthens our company culture, values and the success of the full team. Building strong relationships with our leadership and managers will ensure you’re supported and successful and that your work is aligned with company goals.
You’ll be working with:
- Maggie (VP of Ops) - Bend, Oregon
- Sonja (Business Operations Specialist) - Portland, Oregon
- Julie (Data Analyst) - Ottawa, Ontario
- John (Controller) - on the road in the US
You’ll keep a North American work schedule for this role - whether that’s 9am-5pm in Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern timezone.
