Executive Personal Assistant
Headquarters: Hong Kong (but entire team is distributed)
AmaZix is the leading provider of community management services for crypto projects. We specialise in helping projects running on the Ethereum blockchain, especially those building up to their ICOs. Projects we work on include Bancor, Stox, BANKEX, Flixxo and Hydrominer.
We are growing extremely fast and from our founding six months ago we now have nearly 70 staff and manage 50 high level projects, with many more asking to come aboard than we can take. We are profitable and have been since day one.
Though our company is based in Hong Kong, our team is distributed around the world (primarily Europe).
You will be working alongside our CEO as his personal assistant. We are contacted by up to 40 new contacts per day who want to talk with us and he is regularly required to talk with them. You will work with him to manage his time and schedule meetings with clients. It's important to be smart and friendly as you will be in direct contact with some very high profile people.
We are a distributed team and communicate primarily with Telegram and email with scheduled meetings taking placing on Hangouts, Skype or Zoom as required.
* Manage our CEO's calendar and meetings
* Manage follow up on ongoing pipeline
* Miscellaneous other tasks as required
- Very good English (written and spoken)

- Invoicing structure and proper registration
