Call Center Agent

Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent:

    Processing and closing out customer accounts
    Handling between 100-300 inbound/outbound calls per day
    Provides a high level of customer service to all clients and customers
    Works to solve the customer's inquiry or concern in a timely manner
    Escalates inconsistencies to lead or supervisory staff
    Submits completed work for review and verification.
    Performs data entry as needed
    Makes routine entries into processing and tracking systems

Requirements of the Call Center Agent:

    HS Diploma; required, Bachelor's Degree; preferred
    2+ years call center experience is required
    3+ years customer service experience is required
    Must be customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    Must be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment
    Must have strong problem solving abilities and strong multi-tasking abilities
    Must be detail oriented and goal oriented

Small, but incredibly busy, construction office is looking for an energetic OFFICE MANAGER/FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER to run all aspects of the company. The exceptional candidate will be someone that not only meets/exceeds the requirements, but one who seeks longevity in a company and takes ownership of their work.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

Accounts payable/Vendor processing
Accounts receivable/Monthly statements/Collections
Cost accounting/Internal financial statements
Cash receipts/handling
Payroll (weekly)/Quarterly reports/Year end W-2s and 1099s
Certified payroll/Davis Bacon reporting
Monthly credit card/bank account reconciliation
Workers compensation reporting/audit
Monthly union reports/payments
Sales tax reporting
Corporate records/Annual insurance renewals
Reviewing contracts/RFQs/RFPs/Other bid documents
Answering phones/handling "fires"/taking messages
Annual OSHA reporting
Maintaining business/municipal licensing


A MINIMUM 1-5 years of progressive office management/accounting experience
Comprehension/understanding of payroll processes (weekly, quarterly and annually)
Ability to work independently, with confidence and confidentiality
A pleasant disposition and ability/willingness to work with all types of personalities
Ability and desire to interpret and anticipate the needs of others
Strong MS Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook) \
