Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant able to perform the following duties below            .

Provide general administrative and clerical support to management
open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
perform data entry duties for the company
assist in resolving administrative problems
run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
Replying email from customers regarding their inquiries
schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers

·    proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
·    knowledge of operating standard office equipment
·    excellent communication skills – written and verbal
·    ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
·    good research skills and attention to detail
