Account Executive

Tiny Boards is looking for an Account Executive who will develop, manage, and close sales opportunities.

The team at Tiny Boards is scaling quickly, with some of the most well-known job boards on the web, including We Work Remotely, Future Jobs, Unicorn Hunt, DesignerNews, FreshGigs and more. We’re growing quickly, and in this role you’ll be able to have a hand in that growth: driving everything from the sales strategy to execution.

In this role, you’ll be able to sell across any of the properties that Tiny Boards owns. Because of that, this will be a very creative and entrepreneurial role, allowing flexibility to control your own destiny -- focus your efforts where you think you’ll have the most success.

This is the first sales role on Tiny Boards. We’re looking someone great to chart the path forward.

What You'll Do:

- Acquire new clients & expand existing customer base for Tiny Boards products, driving the entire sales process from discovery to close

- Grow business within target account list specifically within the High Tech, Internet & Media industries, with focus on sales, sales operations and marketing

- Hold discovery calls and demos with prospective accounts using current sales framework

- Negotiate and close multi-year deals, with the expectation of meeting and exceeding targets

- Accurately forecast, track, and report revenue on a quarterly and annual basis

- Deliver phone and in-person demonstrations for each prospective client

What You'll Need to be Successful:

- 1 - 3 years minimum closing experience

- Strong record selling B2B or SaaS products

- Solid competency with technology, including CRM tools and LinkedIn

- A ton of drive and passion
